of Public Hearing

 Development Review Application and Abutting Landowner Notice

The Town of Unity Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on January 22, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Town of Unity Community Center, located at 32 Main Street, Unity, Maine pursuant to a Development Review Applications as follows:

Submission by Wentworth Partners & Associates on behalf of Calito Development Group to construct 10,640 square feet, Dollar General Retail Store at 175 School Street, Map 11, Lot 32, 33-1, and Lot 33-3. This application has been accepted as a Development Permit due to the buildings and other impervious surfaces covering more than 20,000 square feet.

 You are receiving this notice pursuant to MRSA Title 30-A §4403 (3) (A). A preliminary copy of the proposed development application is available for public inspection at the Unity Town Office during normal business hours on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and Tuesday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
